Fil’s is a neighbourhood institution. Nestled in between the bowling alley and O’Connell’s Irish Pub, this retro feeling restaurant serves a no frills breakfast. I appreciate the breakfast bar, an opportunity to relax, read the news and enjoy a simple and straightforward breakfast. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere welcoming. A great spot!

I had the pleasure of having breakfast here and it was great . The staff were courteous and service was prompt. Food was delicious and the atmosphere will have me comingback I highly recommend Fil’s to anyone
The culinary experience was exceptional, and the ambiance was highly conducive to relaxation and enjoyment. The staff demonstrated remarkable affability and warmth. I chose the steak breakfast, which was accompanied by two eggs, toast, and hash browns. While the hash browns were somewhat lacking in flavor, this is not a reflection on the establishment's culinary expertise but rather a personal preference, as I am not particularly fond of hash browns in general. I also had French toast with a light sugar coating with bacon and sausage, and it was amazing. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning in the future. My husband & his cousin went there for breakfast. My husband said the breakfast was extremely good and loved the coffee. They will definitely be going back.
